基本信息 Basic Information

学科专业简介

本专业由上海交通大学与巴黎高等矿业学院、巴黎综合理工学院及巴黎先进技术学院共同设立。该专业以有关的科学技术为基础,结合新材料、现代先进制造业、交通等工业需求,是一门研究各种机械装置在设计、制造、安装、运用和维修过程中所需要的基础理论和实际问题解决方案的应用学科。

研究领域有机械设计制造及其自动化、材料成型及控制工程、工业设计、过程装备与控制工程、机械工程及自动化、车辆工程、机械电子工程、汽车服务工程、制造自动化与测控工程、微机电系统工程、制造工程等领域。

基础课程由法国资深教授领衔的团队教授,60%的外籍教师,中国教师全部具有留法背景并拥有博士学位。专业课程师资配备是来自法国三所合作高校和上海交大的资深教师,以及来自中法企业界的法籍和中籍资深专家。所有课程均为外语授课(法语或者英语)。
Major Introduction
This major is set jointly by SJTU, Mines ParisTech, Ecole Polytechnique and ENSTA ParisTech. The major is an applied subject, based on relative science technology combining with industrial demand of new material, modern advanced manufacture, transportation etc., to study on basic theory and actual problem solution needed by mechanical devices on designation, manufacture, installment, application and maintenance.
The research fields include:  machine design and manufacturing and its automation, material molding and control engineering, process equipment and control engineering, mechanical engineering and automation, automotive engineering, mechatronic engineering, automobile service engineering, manufacturing automation and measurement and control engineering, MEMS engineering, manufacturing engineering and other fields.
All fundamental courses are taught by teaching teams leaded by French senior professors. In the teams, foreign teachers occupied around 60%, and all Chinese teachers have Ph.D degree with the background of having been studied in France. Teachers for major/discipline courses are from three French partner schools and from SJTU, as well as Chinese and French senior experts from Chinese or French enterprises. All courses are taught in foreign languages(French or English).
 
培养目标
课程涵盖机械、材料和控制等多学科,配以工业工程、创新管理与文化等软科学培训与实践,着眼于培养学生掌握丰富而扎实的机械工程领域基础理论,并理解掌握机械相关专业知识。本专业设置大量实践和实习课程,重在培养、提高学生对专业知识的运用能力,与法国顶尖工程师学校联合开设的国际化教育课程,帮助学生深入了解国内外机械工程的前沿技术及未来发展新动向。在专业课程之外,配合经管类与文化类课程、英语与法语课程,培养学生具有立足国际的视野以及优秀的社会活动与管理能力,成为未来的卓越工程师。
Training objectives
The curriculum, covering mechanics, materials, control and other multi-disciplinary subjects, with combination of industrial engineering, innovative management, cultures and other soft science training and practice, aims at training student to acquire abundant and foundational basic theory in mechanical industrial field and master relative knowledge in mechanical major. This major provides a lot of practice and internship courses to improve and train student’s application ability; in the meantime, International educational curriculum cooperated with top French engineer schools could assist students to have a deeper understanding of frontier technology, development trend and latest application of this field in the world. Apart from specialized courses, various kinds of courses are provided, such as financial and management courses, humanity courses as well as English and French language courses. All these multi-functional training ways could help students to have a strong capability in innovation with broad international horizon and excellent ability in social activity management, and to develop into an outstanding engineer in future.

2.5年,最长不超过3.5年。

Study duration is 2.5 years, no more than 3.5 years.
 
课程学习要求
学分要求:
硕士研究生(专业型)最低72学分;
(1)  公共基础课(必修,完成24学分,要求GPA学分6)
公共必修课程群包含政治、外语、人文科学、管理等,要求完成24学分,其中要求完成GPA课程6学分。
(2)  专业基础课、专业选修课与专业前沿课(至少48学分,其中GPA学分20)
要求修读48学分,其中数学模块至少选6学分,4学分计入GPA; 其他课程至少选16学分计入GPA。专业选修课程跨学科模块最多选修6学分;专业前沿课应用实践模块3个项目选择2个。其中,《固体与结构数值模拟》、《实践项目(2)-固体力学》、《航天与汽车新材料》、《机械前沿项目2》为非双学位学生必选课程。

另外,学生需要完成一个24周的工程师实习,提交实习报告,完成汇报答辩,对应24个学分。学生实习必须在企业或科研机构内完成,企业包括学院企业俱乐部成员、导师合作企业以及自己联系经学院审核同意实习的企业。
Course requirement
Master (profession- type) requires 72 credits at least.
(1) General courses  ( Required, 24 credits; GPA credits: 6)
General courses include politics, foreign languages, humanity courses, management and etc.. 24 credits should be completed, and  6 credits of GPA courses at least in this module are required. 
(2)Specialized Core Courses, Specialized Optional Courses and Specialized  Advanced courses ( 48 credits at least, GPA credits: 20 )
Require 48 credits, for math part at least 4 credits counting as GPA among 6 credits required; and for  other courses at least 16 credits counting as GPA. For interdisciplinary module, no more than 6 credits could be chosen, and 2 advanced projects are required among 3. What is more, the following 4 courses are mandatory for non-double-deree students: ME26034 Numerical modeling of solids and structures, ME26040 Application project II : Solid mechanics,  ME 26058 New materials for  vehicle & aircraft,  ME 26061Advanced ME Project 2

In addition, a  24-week engineer internship should be finished, submit an internship report and pass the presentation, which is corresponding to 24 credits. The internship should be made in companies  or research institute. The companies could be business club members of SPEIT,  those cooperated with supervisors as well as  those contacted by students themselves upon approval by the institute.
 
学术论文
学生应积极参加校内外导师承担的科研项目,结合硕士学位论文工作或工程师实习要求,选择有重要应用价值的课题进行科学技术研究或承担专门技术工作的综合训练,全面培养创新能力、研究能力、实践能力以及学术研究素养。在项目执行过程中,鼓励学生积极探索并形成一定的研究成果,在申请学位论文答辩之前,须完成1篇或1项论文发表、专利授权、软件著作权登记或技术报告等。详细要求请参考学院相关管理规定。
Academic achievement
In order to improve ones' overall ability on innovation, research, practice and academics, students should take part in research projects under supervision of SJTU and industry tutors.  It is recommendated that students choose to conduct scientific and technological research with some important application values or to  undertake comprehensive training on specialized technical work . During this research, students are encouraged to make active exploration and obtain some research achievements. At least one of the following requirements needs to be accomplished before being eligible for master thesis defense: 1 academic paper, 1 patent granted, 1 software copyright registration or 1 technical report. Please refer to the relevant regulations of SPEIT for detailed requirements.
 
学位论文
学位论文选题应具有一定的与专业相关的工程背景与理论研究深度,拟解决的问题要有一定的创新性、技术难度与实际应用价值。具体要求请参照2017年“上海市硕士专业学位论文基本要求和评价指标体系”与“上海交通大学博士、硕士学位论文撰写指南”。
Degree thesis
The thesis topic should have certain engineering background and theoretical research depth related to the major, and the problems to be solved should have certain innovation, technical difficulty and practical application value. For specific requirements, please refer to the "Basic Requirements and Evaluation Index System of Shanghai on Professional Master's Degree Thesis  and Guide of Shanghai Jiaotong University on Doctoral and Master's Degree Thesis Writing".
