Over the past decade, we have stood together through thick and thin while spending the best time together. SPEIT will organize a series of activities to celebrate the tenth anniversary in late April this year. Hereby, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude and great respect to all leaders, predecessors, colleagues, friends at home and abroad and people from all walks of life who have long offered their care and support to SPEIT’s development!

Over the past decade, we have forged ahead against all odds. Founded in 2012, by Shanghai Jiao Tong University in collaboration with four well-known French engineering schools （Ecole Polytechnique，ENSTA Paris，Télécom Paris，Mines Paris），SPEIT has been committed to the vision of nurturing talents with a strong foundation and diversity and making them industry elites with global perspectives. With this in mind, SPEIT has presented an open and integrated talent development model to nurture versatile specialists, built a pattern that combines industries, education and research to teach students in conjunction with the business community, and established a system for building comprehensive capacity of students through innovation practices. These have helped it become one of the images of China’s engineering education and win the title “Excellent Project in Chinese-French University Cooperation” conferred by the Chinese and French governments.

Over the past decade, our hard work has borne fruit and we will build on it to achieve even more.The tenth anniversary of SPEIT is not only a milestone in the history of the institution but also marks a fresh start for future success.SPEIT will take this opportunity to organize a range of academic, cultural, and commemorative activities to summarize our decade-long achievements, plan our blueprint for the future, and inspire efforts to embark on a new journey. As preparations for the tenth anniversary have officially started, we warmly invite our friends from both at home and abroad, as well as people from all walks of life who have long supported SPEIT’s development, to attend the event，where you will be encouraged to discuss with one another, find solutions to development and embrace a brighter future!
