At the "Chinese Wine Tasting," Associate Professor Song Shiren, a wine expert from the School of Agriculture and Biology at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, was specially invited to give a lecture and tasting experience on Chinese wine. Professor Song provided a detailed introduction to the long history, exquisite brewing techniques, and tasting skills of Chinese wine, giving the participating teachers and students a deeper understanding of Chinese wine.

During the tasting session, the teachers and students sampled various representative Chinese wines from Ningxia, Xinjiang, Yunnan, and Shandong, experiencing their unique aromas, tastes, and aftertastes. This event not only allowed the participants to appreciate the charm of Chinese wine but also garnered more attention and recognition for Chinese wine among international friends.

A unique "Sino-French Kung Fu Fan Cultural Exchange" was held at the Maqiao Jingcheng Cultural Center. The Kung Fu fan, a blend of traditional Chinese culture and martial arts, attracted many teachers and students with its unique charm.

At the beginning of the event, three professional Kung Fu fan instructors performed a smooth and rhythmic demonstration, showcasing the essence of the Kung Fu fan to the Chinese and French participants. Their movements, a combination of strength and grace, highlighted the power and beauty of the fan. The instructors provided a detailed introduction to the origin, development, and cultural significance of the Kung Fu fan, explaining the essentials and techniques of basic movements. Eager to try, the teachers and students picked up fans and followed the instructors in learning. Throughout the learning process, they showed great enthusiasm and focus, transcending language and cultural differences to jointly appreciate the unique charm of traditional Chinese culture.
