SPEIT undergraduate students Tong Siyu and Chen Qian win Best Presentation Award at ICRMS 2025 International Conference

On July 29, Tong Siyu, a 2021 undergraduate student, Hu Jiaqi, a 2022 undergraduate student, and Chen Qian, a 2023 undergraduate student from SPEIT, delivered oral presentations at The 16th International Conference on Reliability, Maintainability, and Safety (ICRMS2025). Their papers were indexed by EI, and Tong Siyu and Chen Qian were each awarded the Best Presentation Award.

Recently, Associate Professor Guillaume Salha Galvan, Tenure-Track Faculty at SJTU Paris Elite Institute of Technology (SPEIT), presented significant findings at the 42nd International Conference on Machine Learning (ICML 2025), a top-tier international conference in artificial intelligence. His co-authored research paper, "Exploring Large Action Sets with Hyperspherical Embeddings using von Mises-Fisher Sampling," was successfully selected for this year’s conference and officially released in Vancouver, Canada, this month.

On April 28, the 19th China Young Women Scientists Award ceremony, co-organized by the All-China Women's Federation, the China Association for Science and Technology, the Chinese National Commission for UNESCO, and L'Oréal China, was held in Beijing. Chen Cailian, Party Secretary of SPEIT at Université Jiao Tong de Shanghai and Distinguished Professor of the School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering, received the China Young Women Scientists Award!

Professor Wang Shaobo's Participation in the Mayoralana Neutrino Search Results Published in a Top Journal

  Recently, the PandaX experimental cooperation group led by Shanghai Jiao Tong University has made significant progress in the research on Majorana neutrinos in the Majorana neutrino experiment. The related achievements were published under the title "Searching for Two-Neutrino and Neutrinoless Double Beta Decay of Xe-134 with the PandaX-4T Experiment" in the journal "Physical Review Letters" (PRL), with Shanghai Jiao Tong University as the first affiliation unit. This is the first time that China has published leading experimental results in this field in PRL.
