To further deepen the collaboration between the school and enterprises, and to promote the sharing and integration of educational, scientific, talent, and industrial resources, on November 20th, Zhang Wenming, the Chinese Dean of the SJTU Paris Elite Institute of Technology (SPEIT), led a team to Northern Night Vision to advance the cooperation between the school and the enterprise. Yao Xue, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, Wang Shaobo, a member of the Party Committee, and Sun Chenye, Dean's Assistant and Director of the Administrative Office, participated. Sun Jianing, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Northern Night Vision, Wang Jian, Deputy General Manager, and several other leaders and experts attended.

At the meeting, both parties signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement and held a plaque unveiling ceremony for the "Joint Training and Internship Practice Base." The college awarded "Corporate Mentor" appointments to four senior executives and experts from Northern Night Vision, including Sun Jianing, Wang Jian, Gu Yan, and Wang Xingchao.

During the symposium and exchange meeting, Secretary Sun Jianing (General Manager) shared the company's active actions to align with the national Yangtze River Delta integration development strategy and looked forward to the broad prospects of cooperation between the two parties. He expressed his anticipation of working with the SJTU Paris Elite Institute of Technology on scientific research, expecting more outstanding students from the college to come to the company for internships, and hoping that both parties will effectively integrate resources and complement each other's strengths to jointly stimulate the vitality of scientific and technological innovation and cultivate more high-quality professionals for the country.

Dean Zhang Wenming stated that the college has always attached great importance to cooperation with leading enterprises in the industry. Northern Night Vision has achieved remarkable success in the field of optoelectronics detection, and its core business and development philosophy are highly consistent with the college's research direction, professional settings, and talent training objectives. The college will take this opportunity to establish a long-term and close cooperative relationship with Northern Night Vision, jointly exploring new models of deep integration of industry, academia, and research, and contributing to the country's scientific and technological innovation, industrial upgrading, and talent cultivation.

The signing of the strategic cooperation framework agreement, the unveiling of the talent joint training and internship practice base, and the appointment ceremony for corporate mentors mark a new stage in the cooperation between the SJTU Paris Elite Institute of Technology and Northern Night Vision. At this new starting point, both parties will carry out comprehensive and multi-level cooperation in the fields of deep integration of industry and education, cultivation of outstanding talents, and transformation of scientific research results, jointly writing a new chapter in the practice of integrating education and technology.
