Wang Qian, Deputy Director of the International Exchange Office of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Tao Lina, Head of French Affairs, Zied MOUMNI, French Dean of the ParisTech Elite Institute of Technology, and Qi Guifang, Director of the Cooperation and Development Office, attended the meeting.

This MT3C competition is sponsored by the French Consulate General in Shanghai and co-organized by the SPEIT. During the meeting, representatives from both sides conducted detailed discussions on key aspects such as venue arrangement, competition schedule design, evaluation criteria, and communication plans.

Wang Qian stated that the MT3C competition is an innovative platform that integrates the French language and scientific research capabilities. It tests the depth of the contestants' research and emphasizes the ability to express themselves in a popular and easy-to-understand manner. It can enhance the international communication skills of researchers and strengthen the understanding and interaction between scientific research and the public. Shanghai Jiao Tong University will provide strong support for the competition in terms of resources and organization to ensure the quality and influence of the event.

Zied MOUMNI said that MT3C is a landmark event in the field of Sino-French educational cooperation. The institute is very honored to co-organize this event and will take this opportunity to further expand the impact of international academic cooperation and cultural exchanges. He believes that through such a competition that combines scientific research and communication, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the SPEIT can gain wider international recognition.

After the meeting, the delegation conducted an on-site inspection of the competition venue, learned about the venue layout and equipment configuration in detail, and coordinated the event preparation work on-site to ensure the smooth running of the event.

This exchange visit laid a solid foundation for the holding of MT3C. The SPEIT will continue to maintain close communication with the French Consulate General in Shanghai and fully promote the preparations for the MT3C competition. The institute will use this event to create a broader stage for young researchers, allow more young researchers to stand out, and jointly promote the in-depth exchange of Sino-French culture and scientific research.
