On the afternoon of October 31, a delegation from the Zhongfa Aviation Institute of Beihang University, including Vice Dean Wang Xin, French Vice Dean Pascal ROCHES, Dean Assistant Xu Shiwen, and Industrial Science Program Coordinator Raphael FRATICELLI, visited SJTU Paris Elite Institute of Technology for research and exchange. The delegation was received by Vice Dean Lu Jialiang, Director of the Cooperation and Development Office Qi Guifang, and Coordinator of French Group Fredy TABOURIN, who participated in the reception and discussion.

Lu Jialiang extended a warm welcome to the delegation and expressed hope that this exchange would serve as an opportunity to further expand collaborative development in engineering education and international education.
Wang Xin sincerely thanked SPEIT for its warm hospitality. He noted that as a young international institution, the Zhongfa Aviation Institute hopes to draw on SPEIT's mature experience in French program development, training of outstanding engineers, management models, and CTI accreditation through this exchange.
During the symposium, Lu Jialiang systematically introduced SPEIT's talent development framework, covering key elements such as educational objectives, curriculum architecture, faculty composition, and core competency development programs. He particularly elaborated on the implementation of distinctive training modules including corporate internships, research training, and social responsibility education. Fredy TABOURIN focused on the French Language Department's faculty structure, teaching plans, cultural event organization, and the development of French courses for science and engineering disciplines.
Xu Shiwen provided a comprehensive overview of the Zhongfa Aviation Institute's operations, covering its development history, partner institutions, discipline development, and talent cultivation. Pascal ROCHES highlighted the college's international exchange and cooperation initiatives, including student exchange programs such as short-term visits, semester exchanges, dual-degree programs, and the latest enrollment trends.

During the exchange session, both parties engaged in productive discussions on key topics including international development strategies, pedagogical innovation, faculty development, student exchange programs, and the Commission des Titres d'Ingénieur (CTI). They unanimously agreed to strengthen future communication, foster mutual learning and improvement, and jointly promote high-quality development in Sino-French engineering education.
