Qi Guifang currently serves as Director of the Office of Cooperation and Development at SPEIT. Since SPEIT’s founding in 2012, Qi Guifang has dedicated 13 years to working on the front lines of internationalization, consistently serving the broader cause of Sino-French educational cooperation with a strong sense of responsibility and professional expertise.

She has coordinated SPEIT’s external cooperation and project implementation, organizing a total of 26 joint management committee meetings, facilitating the signing of 24 exchange agreements, and helping hundreds of students study in France. In expanding international cooperation, she has actively engaged with top French universities, promoted the implementation of multiple high-level collaborative initiatives, and contributed to enhancing SPEIT’s international influence. At the same time, she has been deeply involved in and successfully organized three rounds of accreditation by Commission des Titres d’Ingénieur, providing a solid foundation for the quality of talent cultivation at the college. She has consistently planned Sino-French cultural exchange activities, established regular exchange mechanisms, and promoted mutual cultural understanding and people-to-people bonds. With meticulous care, she has assisted faculty and students in resolving academic, daily life, and unexpected difficulties, becoming a reliable pillar of support trusted by both Chinese and international faculty and students.

Through thirteen years of unwavering dedication, Qi Guifang has demonstrated through her actions the sense of responsibility and compassion expected of higher education administrators in the new era, making significant contributions to SPEIT’s international development.
