The volleyball team has gathered many volleyball enthusiasts from the institute, and is one of the most competitive teams on campus. The team currently has about 8 members participating in daily training, some of whom have been selected for the university team and have represented the school in various competitions such as CUVA, Shanghai University Volleyball League, and Shanghai University Games, achieving excellent results. The team has participated in competitions such as the Physical Education Cup, University Games, and Freshman Cup multiple times, and has achieved outstanding results including the top four in the Freshman Cup in 2017 and 2018, the top eight in the Physical Education Cup in 2018, the top four in the Freshman Cup in 2019, the top eight in the Physical Education Cup in 2019, the top eight in the Freshman Cup in 2021, the third place in the Physical Education Cup in 2021, the top eight in the Freshman Cup in 2022, the champion in the University Games in 2022, the top four in the Freshman Cup in 2023, and the top eight in the Physical Education Cup in 2023.
Daily Training: The team conducts irregular training sessions weekly according to the members' availability, and regularly holds joint training with other teams.
Training Matches: Irregular training matches are organized with various departments within the school to test the training outcomes.
Participation in Competitions: Participate in competitions such as the Freshman Cup, University Games, and Physical Education Cup within the school.
