从事人工智能驱动材料设计与集成计算、快速凝固理论及金属先进制造研究。面向航空航天、国防军工、交通运输等领域高性能轻量化复杂构件需求,聚焦增材制造极端非平衡条件下的材料智能设计、凝固组织预测与调控、界面强化及高性能制造。近年来,围绕超高强铝合金、物理信息人工智能和快速凝固组织调控开展系统研究,提出纳米胞状共晶相骨架强化策略,构建基于快速凝固组织选择图(RSMSM)和双向算子网络(BiONet)的组织预测与逆向设计框架,探索“材料设计-工艺优化-测试表征”一体化的AI智能研发新范式。以第一作者/通讯作者在Nature Communications、Acta Materialia、Additive Manufacturing、Journal of Materials Science & Technology等权威期刊发表SCI论文26篇(总被引2100余次),申请国家发明专利10项(授权9项),主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目及多项产学研项目。
