课程简介(上下滑动阅读)

Material science studies the relation of material composition, structure and preparation process with material properties and application. The requirements for materials continue to raise with the development of human civilization and technology. Under the promotion of modern science and technology, the variety of materials is increasing. In the process of material science development, in order to improve the quality and performance of materials and to develop new materials, a better understanding of the nature of materials and its evolution law is required, so as to guide practice. The lecture presents the main concepts in materials including the understanding of chemical composition, materials class, materials structure, phase equilibrium diagrams, microstructure characterization, mechanical properties etc. Lectures will be complemented by practical lab works to give an insight into materials science and engineering.

课程简介(上下滑动阅读)

This course offers a first approach of the electronics acquisition systems by following a method of analysis - by the system towards the component - and proposes more particularly the study of the functions of analog signal processing and the conversion to digital signal. The functions of amplification, filtering and analog-to-digital conversion are presented, their main characteristics are described, and microelectronic realization of such systems is introduced. The technique of switched capacitors, widely used for the discrete time analogical signal processing, is systematically presented.

课程简介(上下滑动阅读)

Recent years witnessed a trend of “softwarization” of network components. Instead of static, expensive hardware, operators have started to adopt a more flexible approach based on pure software. This novel paradigm of software-defined networking brings innovation for network operators and service providers. This has been fueled by the development of virtualization techniques and high-speed packet processing frameworks. This course presents the fundamentals of SDN, and opens the basics for more advanced topics such as network automation and orchestration (NAO) and network function virtualization (NFV).

课程简介(上下滑动阅读)

France is a European power, as well as a world power in politics, economy and culture. It has played an important role in the history. This course is to combine my observation of French society for more than 40 years and my close contacts with all walks of life in French society for more than 20 years, and use cases and work experience as the narrative method to help students fully interpret France’s political system, economic model, cultural customs, national spirit, etc.. From the perspective of French history, culture, philosophy, and values, so as to fully interpret the complex and diverse French society and deeply understand why France, with a population of less than 1% of the world, still plays an important international influence in today’s world? Why is France a "laboratory" for the progress of human society? Why must philosophy be taken in the French college entrance examination? Why does France, as a liberal arts country, not only cultivate the world's most Nobel Prize winners in literature, but also cultivate the world's most Nobel Prize winners in mathematics (Fields Medal and Abel Prize)?

课程简介(上下滑动阅读)

While course 1 is dedicated to understanding the basics of projects, course 2 aims to extend the use of projects to the implementation of corporate strategy and the management of major transitions. Company's strategy, whether in its domestic market or in the global market, is expressed and implemented through projects that not only contribute to its implementation but also influence it. The innovation strategy (local development then global extension with adaptations, or global strategy applied locally) has consequences for the organization of the projects that contribute to its implementation. We also look at how companies can pursue the development of projects that are fully in line with the deployment of their mature solutions, while at the same time implementing disruptive projects designed to offer new products and services to conquer new markets (concept of ambidexterity). The quality of governance of change is a key factor in ensuring the success of major transitions in our societies, whether in health, food security or the fight against global warming, etc. Projectification is the phenomenon whereby activities traditionally carried out on a functional basis are approached as projects. This phenomenon has become increasingly important in recent years, particularly among public authorities responsible for managing major transformation or transition projects. The emergence of ecosystems, and in particular those focused on transformation objectives, is also part of the context in which public authorities need to frame their actions. Analyzing how projectification could be implemented in an ecosystem context is key to understanding the means available to public authorities to manage major transitions. We will illustrate this theme with the case of the transition to low-carbon mobility for road vehicles.
