关于2025-2026学年秋季学期研究生注册和上课的通知

根据《上海交通大学关于2025年暑假工作安排的通知》和《研究生院关于2025-2026学年秋季学期研究生注册和上课的通知》,现将上海交通大学巴黎卓越工程师学院2025-2026学年秋季学期研究生注册和上课的有关事项通知如下:
一、注册时间和正式上课时间
注册时间:2025年9月14日。
注册方式:“交我办”在线注册。
全日制国内研究生(含港澳台)及全日制国际生必须到校、在校园内提交注册申请。
如因人脸识别不通过无法在线完成注册的,请联系学院研究生教务老师或至学院研究生教务办完成线下注册。
因特殊原因不能如期注册的,请提前向学院研究生教务老师办理请假手续;返校后应及时到学院研究生教务办进行线下注册。
开课:
自2025年9月15日起开始上课,具体安排请参见个人课表,如有调整将另行通知。
二、注册要求
所有在读研究生须在上述注册时间完成学期注册;已完成论文归档的2025年9月毕业生不进行学期注册。
三、缴纳培养费
1、缴费对象
按规定需缴纳培养费的研究生,必须于注册前完成培养费缴纳手续。
家庭经济困难的研究生可以按照国家规定申请助学贷款或者其它形式资助,并在办理有关手续后注册。
已办理助学贷款的,可参照【六、绿色通道】要求办理相关手续后注册。
2、缴费方式
请使用jAccount校园统一账号及密码,通过手机登录“交我办”App,点击“财务-业务办理-在线缴费”。
四、毕业生
预计毕业时间为2025年9月30日且已完成论文归档的研究生无需进行学期注册;尚未完成论文归档的应进行学期注册;不能按期毕业的必须进行学期注册,同时办理延期手续(通过数字交大或交我办在线申请)。
五、休学、复学
学籍状态为休学的学生无需注册;休学后申请复学的学生,需先办理复学手续(数字交大或交我办在线办理),再完成学期注册。
六、绿色通道
已申请助学贷款但系统仍提示欠费无法注册的学生,需先缴纳学费超出助学贷款额度部分的金额(学费未超出助学贷款额度的,无需缴纳),经校学生事务中心审核、开通绿色通道后,再进行注册。
七、其它事项
1. 请各位同学必须重视研究生注册工作,及时按学校规定办理学期注册手续。未按时完成学期注册的,将按照学籍管理规定处理。经学院及学校审批同意,学院研究教办将为研究生高年级因进行工程师实习无法按时返校的同学代办注册手续;因工程师实习无法按时返校的同学请填写附件“代注册申请书”,实习单位签字或盖章后发给学院研究教办负责老师,代为办注册手续。
2. 由学院所开设的课程具体安排,将于2025秋季开学前发布,请各位同学根据选课通知及时选课;上海交通大学2025年秋季学期研究生选课通知https://www.gs.sjtu.edu.cn/post/detail/Z3MzMTgx。

Notice on Semester Registration of Graduate Students for 2025-2026 Autumn Semester
According to the “SJTU Notice on the summer holiday arrangement of 2025” and“Notice on Semester Registration of Graduate Students for 2025-2026 Autumn Semester from SJTU Graduate School”, the semester registration of graduate students for 2025-2026 Autumn semester is hereby notified as follows:
1.Date & time for semester registration
Time: Sept 14th, 2025
2.Venue
The registration should be performed online via My SJTU (http://my.sjtu.edu.cn, on smartphone it is交我办App.) For fulltime students, please complete your registration on SJTU campus. In case you cannot proceed with the online registration, please contact the graduate coordinator of SPEIT or go to SPEIT graduate office to complete the registration within the designated time frame.
If you are unable to register as scheduled due to special reasons please complete the leave procedure in advance at SPEIT graduate academic office . After returning to SJTU, you should promptly go to SPEIT graduate office to complete the registration process.
3.Graduate Courses
The graduate courses will start from Sept 15th, 2025. Please check your course schedule for details.
4.Registration requirement
All the graduate students should complete the registration within the prescribed time period. Students who have completed their thesis filing and will graduate in September 2025 can be exempted from the semester registration.
5.Tuition and fees payment
1) For those who need to pay the tuition and/or other fees, please make the payment before the registration.
2) Online payment website: http://apply.sjtu.edu.cn.
6.Graduation deferment
Students who are expected to graduate on September 30th, 2025 can be exempted from the semester registration. However, those unable to meet graduation timelines should first apply for an extension of study duration via My SJTU (http://my.sjtu.edu.cn) and then proceed with the registration.
7.Suspension and resumption of schooling
Student whose current status is under “suspension of schooling” does not need to register. The students who need to resume schooling after suspension shall go through the resumption of schooling procedure via My SJTU (http://my.sjtu.edu.cn) (Postgraduate-Resume Schooling Application) first, and then proceed with the semester registration.
8.Others
1) Students who fail to complete the semester registration on time will be handled according to the regulations of academic management regulations. SPEIT Graduate Office will help process registration on behalf of final-year students who are unable to return on time due to engineering internship. Eligible students must complete the attached “Proxy Registration Request Form”, have it signed or stamped by host organization, and submit it to the Ms Yang from Graduate Office for processing.
2) “FALL 2025 SPEIT MASTER class schedule” will be released before the start of 2025 Autumn Semester. Please follow the course-selection notice and complete your course enrollment in a timely manner(https://www.gs.sjtu.edu.cn/post/detail/Z3MzMTgx );
