2025 National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays are approaching. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the laboratory during the holidays, please pay attention to the following matters:

2025年国庆和中秋节假期将至，为保障假期期间实验室安全稳定运行，根据上级部门有关要求及学校统一部署，请务必注意以下事项：

01 Safety Responsibility强化责任意识

• Everyone is responsible for laboratory safety. Actively accepting safety education.

落实实验室安全管理全员参与，加强安全宣传教育。

• Comply with laboratory safety management regulations.

自觉遵守实验室安全管理规定。

• Maintain holiday duty and personnel registration, keep the laboratory clean, and promptly report any emergencies.

做好假期值班和人员登记，保持实验室整洁，如遇突发事件及时报告。

02 Safety Inspections加强安全检查

• Conduct safety self inspection before the holiday and conscientiously carry out risk control.

做好节前安全自查，认真开展风险管控。

• Store hazardous chemicals properly and lock reagent cabinets.

妥善存放危险化学品，锁好试剂柜。

• Clean workbenches and dispose of flammable waste.

清理实验台面，移除易燃废弃物，关闭非必要电源。

03 During the Holiday 假期实验须知

• If required, submit a request in advance and ensure at least two personnel are present.

若假期需使用实验室，须提前向实验室负责人报备并至少两人在场。

• Ensure necessary personal protective measures are taken during the experiment.

实验时请确保做好个人防护。

• Never leave equipment running unattended or conduct overnight experiments.

严禁无人值守运行设备或过夜实验。·

04 Fire Safety 提高消防安全意识：

• Do not occupy evacuation routes and exits, and keep fire doors closed.

不要堵塞、锁闭、占用疏散逃生通道和逃生出口，保持防火门常闭。

• Safe use of electricity, fire, and gas.

安全用电、用火、用气。

• It is strictly prohibited to charge electric scooter batteries indoors or by flying wires.

严禁电动车电池入室充电、飞线充电。

• In case of emergency, evacuate according to the evacuation signs and avoid crowding.

如遇紧急情况按照疏散指示标志撤离，不要拥挤，防止踩踏。

05 Experimental Batteries 严格规范实验电池管理

• Batteries should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place, away from heat sources and flammable materials, and avoid direct sunlight. It is strictly prohibited to mix with metal objects and corrosive chemicals to avoid mechanical impact and heavy pressure..

电池应存放于阴凉、干燥、通风处，远离热源和易燃物品，避免阳光直射。严禁与金属物品、腐蚀性化学品混放，避免机械撞击与重压。

• In principle, laboratories that use lithium batteries in bulk should be equipped with dedicated explosion-proof charging cabinets for lithium batteries..

原则上批量使用锂电池的实验室需配备锂电池专用充电防爆柜。

• Original or parameter matched legitimate chargers should be used..

应使用原装或参数匹配的正规充电器。

• When charging, someone must be on duty and keep away from flammable materials. After fully charging, power should be cut off in a timely manner, and overcharging is strictly prohibited.

充电时须有人值守并远离可燃物，充满后及时断电，严禁过充。

• If the battery is found to be swollen, leaking, overheated, smoking, or has an odor, it should be immediately powered off and stopped from use, and disposed of properly according to the manufacturer's guidelines or safety risk assessment plan..

若发现电池鼓包、漏液、过热、冒烟或有异味，应立即断电和停止使用，并依据制造商指引或安全风险评估方案妥善处置。

• Waste batteries must be classified and collected according to SJTU regulations, stored properly, and disposed of in compliance with regulations. It is strictly prohibited to discard or mix them with ordinary garbage at will.
• 废旧电池须按学校规定分类收集、妥善暂存、合规回收处置，严禁随意丢弃或混入普通垃圾。

06 Before Leaving 离开前全面检查

• Turn off all equipment, power supplies, gas valves, and water sources.

关闭所有仪器设备、电源、气阀及水源。

• Close the window and lock the door.
