As the May Day holiday approaches, to ensure laboratory safety, please strictly follow these guidelines:
01 Safety responsibility强化责任意识
- Everyone is responsible for laboratory safety. Actively accepting safety education.
落实实验室安全管理全员参与，加强安全宣传教育。
- Comply with laboratory safety management regulations.
自觉遵守实验室安全管理规定。
- Maintain holiday duty and personnel registration, keep the laboratory clean, and promptly report any emergencies.
做好假期值班和人员登记，保持实验室整洁，如遇突发事件及时报告。
02 Safety inspections加强安全检查
- Conduct safety self inspection before the holiday and conscientiously carry out risk control.
做好节前安全自查，认真开展风险管控。
- Store hazardous chemicals properly and lock reagent cabinets.
妥善存放危险化学品，锁好试剂柜。
- Clean workbenches and dispose of flammable waste.
清理实验台面，移除易燃废弃物，关闭非必要电源。
03 During the Holiday 假期实验须知
- If required, submit a request in advance and ensure at least two personnel are present.
若假期需使用实验室，须提前向实验室负责人报备并至少两人在场。
- Ensure necessary personal protective measures are taken during the experiment.
实验时请确保做好个人防护。
- Never leave equipment running unattended or conduct overnight experiments.
严禁无人值守运行设备或过夜实验。·
04 Fire safety 提高消防安全意识：
- Do not occupy evacuation routes and exits, and keep fire doors closed.
不要堵塞、锁闭、占用疏散逃生通道和逃生出口，保持防火门常闭。
- Safe use of electricity, fire, and gas.
安全用电、用火、用气。
- It is strictly prohibited to charge electric scooter batteries indoors or by flying wires.
严禁电动车电池入室充电、飞线充电。
- In case of emergency, evacuate according to the evacuation signs and avoid crowding.
如遇紧急情况按照疏散指示标志撤离，不要拥挤，防止踩踏。
05 Before Leaving 离开前全面检查
- Turn off all equipment, power supplies, gas valves, and water sources.
关闭所有仪器设备、电源、气阀及水源。
- Close the window and lock the door.
